Web3Forms is a form-to-email API. You POST with a hidden access_key. smote does the same job with action="https://smote.sh/f/FORM_ID", plus a dashboard. No key in the markup.

If you want 250 free emails and no account UI, Web3Forms is fine. If you want the posts in an inbox you can search and export, use smote.
